PRESIDENT’S DAY IS A TESTIMONY THAT THE BANKRUPTCY LAW GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO GET A FRESH START.
Many of Mr. Taieb’s clients feel guilt and shame about filing bankruptcy. Many people kill themselves by working more than one job to continue making minimal payments on credit card debts.
However, there is a FEDERAL LAW called the United States Bankruptcy Code which was passed by the United States Congress and signed by President Bush into law and went into effect on October 17, 2005.
Even though this law gives honest people a fresh start and helps people save their property, the law has many provisions that protect creditor’s interests too.
As Mr. Taieb has explained on numerous occasions, bankruptcy is not a new concept that has just come into play. The origins of bankruptcy come from the book of Deuteronomy. Also, our own President, Donald J. Trump, has used the bankruptcy laws to help restructure his corporations.
Without a United States president’s signature, there would be no bankruptcy law on the books unless Congress overrides a president’s veto on any law.
Many of your creditors don’t want you to remember PRESIDENT’S DAY and that our leader has signed legislation to help you, so you don’t have to get sick killing yourself trying to make minimum payments.
Mr. Taieb has seen many clients over the past 32 years, who because of no fault of their own, ended up in financial distress. Most of these problems come from serious medical problems, job loss or divorce.
Therefore, when you feel guilty or ashamed, think about President’s day since our presidents sign the bills that Congress proposes into law.
